Sessions are designed to help you achieve fitness goals and improve overall wellness. Class flows strengthen the core and train the body to move more efficiently in practical real-life situations. Improve breathing, posture, balance, coordination, flexibility, endurance, muscle tone, bone health and enhance athletic performance. No impact on joints, no running, jumping or choreography to master. Modified for multi-level fitness.
ADVENTURE THERAPY
Spending time in nature is therapeutic, it allows us to slow down and get grounded. Addressing and/or conquering challenges in natural spaces can be very rewarding. Natural exploration can improve practical learning, critical thinking, social and team building skills. Learning new things in new environments can help increase self-confidence.
